G/Day Just a little about the life of Mark J Mulligan I was lucky enough to be born in Australia to a mother who loved horses hence my introduction to a life that many only dream of having. Australian Saddle Maker,Whip Maker, Entertainer,most of all, Horse Trainer. In 1989 I moved to the US. training horses in California.(Arabians / National Show Horses) after a year I then moved to Colorado Training every discipline from Race Horses to Polo Ponies to Ranch horses.The winters are hard in the Rocky Mountains so another move this time to a climate closer to home,North Texas & the start of Markaro Stables

Markaro Stables was started in 1996 after 4 years in the Rockies the Texas winters were a breeze ( today 25 deg F for a high 40 ml/hr winds)

A breeding / training facility at Markaro we strive to breed quality first, then colour.
